Throughout Half-Life 2, Gordon will come in contact with many tools of the trade that will help him rid City 17 of the combine. You will find a wide range of weapons from Pistols to Shotguns, to Grenades, and to the true equalizer the RPG.

Hand Gun

You're trusty side arm. The 9MM is great for taking out head crabs, explosives boxes and barrels. It is also a gift from god when ammo is dangerous low and all you have left is foul language.

Sweet memories from Half-Life, this .357 does not have the zoom feature and does not hold as much ammo. However it packs one hell of punch that will send the Combine doing back flips and cartwheels leaving you asking one question...Do you feel lucky punk?

Shotgun

Your trusty 6 round boom stick has returned. Left Click for single fire, right click for a two round burst. Either which way you will leave your enemies full of lead at close and medium range.

Sub-Machine Gun

With a fast rate of fire but a low level of damage is still a relatively respectable weapon. The one thing going for the MP7 is that it comes with an equalizer...the Grenade Launcher making this a good go to weapon when you need something with a fast rate of fire and has a serious kick to it.

Assault Rifle

The Combine Assault Rifle does large amounts of damage in a very short period of time, taking up large amount of ammo. Its secondary fire is even strong then its single fire shooting a ball of energy that will lay waste to everything it touches as it bounces towards enemies.

Sniper Rifle

This is by far the a dream of all Snipers. The crossbow has a great scope on it allowing you to take out your enemies from a far distance. Firing a hot piece of Rebar it will leave your enemies sticking around.

Explosives

Pull pin, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, You know the drill.

Explosives

Its a bird, its a plane, its blown to bits. The RPG will level the playing field for those annoying choppers found throughout Half-Life 2

Melee

The look that made Gordon famous, you're trusty Crowbar is once again back in your hands, ready to hack and slash some more baddies.

Special Weapons

The Gravity Gun is multi-purpose. Obstacle in your way the Gravity Gun will move it, and let you place it were you like. Grenade thrown your way? You can catch it with the Gravity Gun and throw it back at your enemy.

Special Weapons

This is an internal organ from an antlion guard which will make the Antlions you new best friends. They will take all the damage your enemies will throw at you and keep coming back for more. They will also kill everything around you, saving ammo for you against harder foes.
